　　On that summer day in 1992 when cicadas were chirping noisily,18-year-old Chen Huiling stepped into the gate of the predecessor of Longjian Group-Yichuan County Transformer Factory,holding a job application notice.At that time,the image of the girl with short hair reaching her ears,standing on tiptoe to debug the equipment,was touching.

　　Nowadays,this experienced winder has three identities-daughter,mother and grandmother.She stroked the photo and sighed,"Back then,I was the shortest in the workshop.Now I have 33 years of service and I'm about to reach retirement age."

　　As the first process in transformer production,the precision of the winding process directly affects the product quality.Over the past 33 years,Chen Huiling has grown from a young girl to someone with grey hair on her temples.Her gaze has always been as focused as a torch,repeating the same action:bending over to adjust the Angle of the cable tray,the guide wheel gently turns at her fingertips,drawing a fine arc,as precise as a musician tuning strings.This is like laying the foundation for a transformer;there can be no room for the slightest carelessness.Chen Huiling said so.
