The technical competition set up two competition items,one team operation items covering drawer components installation,scheduling and installation;The operation items of the second shift group include the wiring of the second panel and filling in the flow check card.These projects closely fit the daily work practice of the workshop,and are very targeted and practical.
Before the official start of the competition,Fan Guangyao,director of the complete set of workshops,solemnly announced the requirements and precautions for the competition,and the participating employees were all in high spirits,full of confidence,and already ready to go.
With a clear instruction sounded,the participants of the first and second teams quickly threw themselves into the intense and orderly competition.They are focused,skilled,agile,and each operation link shows a solid technical foundation and a high degree of concentration.
After fierce competition,Qi Xiaoke of the first class group and Cheng Haolin of the second class group outperformed the group and won the first place respectively.Qi Xiaoke in a team project,with the precise control of drawer component installation,busbar production and installation links of high efficiency completion,showing superb practical ability.Cheng Haolin in the secondary team project,the secondary panel wiring operation is rapid and standardized,and the flow check card is filled in accurately,demonstrating deep professional literacy.
