On the afternoon of May 9th,over 40 leaders of grassroots trade unions in Yibin District visited the Workers'Home of the Group for observation and exchange,jointly exploring the innovative development path of trade union work.An Junhong,a member of the Party Group and vice chairperson of the Yichuan County Trade Union,accompanied the observation.

　　In the exhibition area of the model worker innovation studio,Zhao Lichao,the chairperson of the group's trade union,elaborated in detail on how the studio effectively plays the role of an"incubator"for technological innovation and a"cradle"for talent cultivation through models such as"mentor-apprentice"and"technical breakthrough teams".When it comes to the construction of trade union bases,he particularly introduced the work such as the staff reading room and the organization of cultural and sports activities,which have played an important role in enhancing the cohesion of staff.

　　During the observation process,the heads of the grassroots trade unions in Yibin District frequently stopped to ask questions and highly praised the innovative measures taken by the group's trade union in promoting employee growth and enhancing the happiness of workers.

　　It is learned that on that day,the observation team also visited the Workers'Service Center of Yichuan County,the shared workers'home of Pingdeng Township and Minggao Town,and the village-level trade union of Zhangqizhuang Village for on-site observation.
