　　On February 6, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Henan Longjian Group was grandly held. Group leaders, members of the management teams of each subsidiary, and some representatives of employees totaling over 100 people attended the meeting. This conference was themed "Unite to Build Great Achievements and Forge Ahead in the 15th Five-Year Plan". It comprehensively reviewed the development achievements of the group during the first year of its transformation in 2025, clarified the breakthrough direction and action path for 2026, and also gave a grand commendation to outstanding individuals and teams of 2025. With the power of role models, it consolidated the consensus of striving forward, and gathered the solid strength of united and determined efforts to open a new journey of development for the group in the 15th Five-Year Plan!

　　The chairman of the group, Yuan Qinghui, was dispatched to Saudi Arabia to negotiate key overseas cooperation projects. Although he was unable to be present in person, he remained deeply concerned about the conference and all the colleagues. Through the conference, he extended New Year greetings to all the Longjian employees, highly praised and affirmed the outstanding individuals and teams that emerged in 2025, and instructed everyone to take advantage of the start of the "15th Five-Year Plan" as an opportunity, unite their efforts to expand overseas markets, intensify the focus on the main business to strengthen the foundation, and overcome difficulties head-on to solve problems. With a down-to-earth and practical attitude, they should work together to jointly create a brand-new chapter for the high-quality development of the group.

　　At the beginning of the conference, General Manager Zhang Weifang delivered the 2025 annual work report, systematically reviewing the development achievements since the group's transformation, facing various problems in the current development stage, setting key goals for the new year's development, clarifying the practical paths, and strengthening the confidence and direction for all colleagues to strive forward. 

　　In the new year, the group will be guided by the "diligent, realistic, innovative and prosperous" spirit of Longjian, focusing on solving problems and basing itself on practical actions. We will work together with one heart and one mind to overcome difficulties, and with practical efforts, forge ahead on a new journey. Together, we will write a brand new chapter of high-quality development for Henan Longjian Group.

During the award ceremony, the group bestowed grand honors on the outstanding individuals and teams that performed exceptionally well in 2025. Eleven colleagues were honored as "The Most Beautiful Longjian People", the assistant general manager Ren Wei received the "Outstanding Manager" award, and the group's foreign trade company won the "Outstanding Team" award.
