5、 Fully sealed

The M in S11 (M) R indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil immersed transformers, fully sealed distribution transformers eliminate oil storage tanks and replace oil pipes with wave fins as cooling and heat dissipation components. The wave fins of the oil tank are manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a dedicated production line. The wave fins can expand and contract the volume of transformer oil, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation moisture, enhancing operational reliability, and maintenance free normal operation.

The surface of the corrugated oil tank is treated with degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating before being coated with a three proof paint, which is suitable for use in metallurgical, petrochemical, mining, and other environments.
