To carry forward the century-old May 4th spirit and forge a high-performance team,on May 4th,Longjian Group officially launched the"Devoted to Youth,Creating the Future"closed theme expansion training camp,which was meticulously planned.All the staff and workers of the group in Luoyang actively participated in this two-day and one-night journey of growth and transformation. This training camp,with the theme of"Unite Hearts and Minds,Create the Future Together",effectively enhanced cross-departmental collaboration and coordination through various activities such as immersive team challenges,innovative thinking workshops,and efficient communication practices.It also stimulated individual potential and collective wisdom,and further strengthened employees'sense of identification with the corporate culture and their sense of ownership.The trainees,in the dual challenges of intelligence and physical strength,demonstrated the spirit and demeanor of the new generation of young professionals who are bold in taking risks and striving for success. Fun team-building style display The event officially kicked off as the uniform formation training began.The trainees stood tall and straight,with determined eyes.Their resounding slogans echoed on the training ground,demonstrating the vigorous fighting spirit of the Longjian people. Subsequently,the trainees were randomly divided into six teams.Under the leadership of the team leaders and political commissar,each team fully utilized their collective wisdom,carefully designed their own team names,emblemes and slogans,and displayed them one by one.Each team was full of confidence and had a commanding presence. Team Collaboration Challenge NO.1 In the first challenge round,the six teams need to complete a total of four challenging activities one by one:Noah's Ark,Working Together,the Unfalling Miracle,and Team Rhythm.The team with the shortest total time after completing all four activities wins. In the Noah's Ark project,team members need to stand firm on the limited"ark".What seems like a simple action actually demands extremely high teamwork skills. In the"Working Together"project,the team members hold hands to pass through the ring.This is not only a competition of skills and speed,but also a perfect interweaving of collaboration and support. The miracle of not falling and the team's rhythm test the concentration of the team members.A slight distraction will lead to failure.However,the spirit of not giving up and not abandoning has become the belief for each team to persevere to the end. Efficient collaboration forges teams Six teams were divided into pairs and engaged in fierce competitions in three events:target market,blind square formation,and drumming and juggling. The target market project requires all members of each team to pick up various pictures representing 1 to 30 in sequence within one minute. In the blind formation,the team members,blindfolded,relied on each other's voices and instructions to work together to complete the task,further enhancing team trust. The drumming and juggling ball event is a peak.Team members hold the rope tightly together and make the ball keep bouncing on the drum surface through tacit cooperation.Among them,the Longlin team completed 364 in one go within three minutes,setting a new historical record,and the audience burst into thunderous applause. Brainstorming for message delivery at the post station On the first night of the training,the message relay at the station was held in the form of a brainstorming session,bringing everyone a brand-new understanding.At the beginning of the event,everyone came up with brilliant ideas one after another.Whether it was through communication tools,notes or voices,every idea was brimming with the enthusiasm and wisdom of the team,and the atmosphere on the spot remained high.As the number of restrictions keeps increasing,the originally smooth path of creativity suddenly falls into confusion.However,there are always"icebreakers"who break the deadlock first.Some people have a sudden inspiration and try to pass it on through mirror reflection,while others ingeniously use external assistance personnel to pass it on,and even adopt the way of passing it on with the same person at the beginning and the end.Various forms of passing methods keep emerging It fully demonstrated the innovative thinking of the employees. Morning exercise activities boost energy At 7 a.m.the next day of the event,all the trainees arrived at the morning exercise venue on time.Through activities such as morning running and dynamic stretching,they injected full vitality into the new day. Rise and fall together,trust above all In the"Rise and Fall Together"event,the members of each team were close to each other,holding hands and leaning closely on one another.At the command,everyone worked in unison.Through continuous adjustment and adaptation,they successfully stood up in the shortest time. The power circle gathers strength At the Power Circle project site,all members formed a circle,pulled the rope tightly together,and swayed up and down in rhythm with the slogan.All employees worked in close collaboration,breaking through their limits and demonstrating strong cohesion.With tenacious strength,they drew 2,025 complete"circles". Innovative collaboration in Qiqiao Board The tangram project requires multiple teams to cooperate with each other to complete the task.Each group was given tangram pieces of different shapes.Facing the complex graphic requirements,everyone communicated quickly,broke through group boundaries and shared resources.Some groups voluntarily provided key sections,while others actively contributed their assembly ideas,fully exerting their innovative thinking.Through continuous attempts and collaboration,they gradually pieced together complete patterns,perfectly interpreting the power of teamwork and innovation. Leadership style,responsibility and commitment During the leadership style session,the leaders of each team set a good example and took the initiative to assume responsibility for the failure of their team tasks.This process enabled the team members to deeply understand the significance of responsibility and commitment,and also enhanced the cohesion of the team.
