"Twenty-fiveLongjian Group's team-building activity"Work together with one heart and one mind to achieve win-win results. From July 31st to August 3rd,nearly a hundred employees and their family members of Longjian Group traveled to Shanxi to carry out a four-day annual team-building activity themed"United in Heart,Moving Forward Together,and Winning Together".From the grandeur of the Taihang Mountains and waters to the profoundness of the ancient city courtyards,from the baptism of the red spirit to the infiltration of intangible cultural heritage,the team gathers strength in the interweaving of nature and humanity,and builds its original aspiration together through collaboration and experience. By the Red Bean Gorge:The mountains and waters bear witness to the bond of affection The first stop of the team-building activity was Hongdou Gorge,which is known as the"Chinese Emotional Gorge".It is named after over 20,000 rare natural yew trees in the north and has become a natural bond for emotional connection within the team. After arriving at the scenic area,the green mountains were as dark as ink.Occasionally,mischievous squirrels would leap over the branches,drawing waves of cheers from the crowd.After getting off the vehicle,a suspended ladder hanging between the cliff walls became the first challenge.The ladder was made of logs and was only wide enough for one person to pass through.On both sides were babbling Brooks and lush vegetation.At first,some people looked reluctant,but with the encouragement of their companions,everyone reminded each other of the points of force under their feet.The young man voluntarily stepped behind to protect.When the last person stepped onto the flat ground,everyone clapped their hands and cheered,as if they had overcome a difficult problem in the work. The Eight Springs Gorge:Vertical Leap to Reach the Peak Together The visit to Baquan Gorge on the second day brought the joy and collaboration to a climax.The mist on the lake surface in the early morning had not yet dissipated.The team took batches of cruise ships to travel through the canyon,with the cliffs on both sides as if chiseled by a knife or an axe.When the cruise ship reached the"Heart of Eight Springs",the tour guide pointed to the naturally formed heart-shaped outline on the cliff face.Everyone took out their mobile phones to take pictures,and the smiles in the lenses complemented the mountains and waters in a charming way. After the cruise ship docked,the crystal-clear stream became a natural playground.Many people couldn't resist their enthusiasm for playing in the water.They took off their shoes and walked into the shallows.The cold stream water rose over their ankles,and schools of small fish swam around their feet,attracting everyone to rush to capture this lively moment. Subsequently,everyone changed to a cable car and headed to the mountain summit.The cable car is over 3,000 meters long and is currently the only curved cable car in China.As the sedan chair slowly ascends,the panoramic view of the Taihang Mountain canyon unfolds before your eyes.After reaching the summit and looking into the distance,the magnificent scenery of Baquan Gorge comes into full view. The next team members took the"Sky City"sightseeing elevator.The elevator descended at a speed of 4 meters per second.Everyone took precious group photos amid the thrill and excitement,just as the team faces challenges together and shares the joy of success in their work. The ancient city is bathed in the red,seeking its flavor At noon on the third day,the team arrived at the Taihang Memorial Hall of the Eighth Route Army and,led by the tour guide,embarked on a profound red journey.From the construction of the base areas during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to the arduous journey of the War of Liberation,from the yellowed documents and materials to the rusty weapons and equipment,every period of history makes everyone stop and ponder.When talking about the stories of the Taihang military and civilians'struggle with"millet and rifles",many employees whispered about the hardships of their current work and the preciousness of their happy life.After the lecture,someone wrote in the memorial hall's guestbook,"Remember history and forge ahead,"and the words were filled with insights into the team's mission. The ancient city of Pingyao at night becomes a world of free exploration.People strolled in groups of three or two on the bluestone pavement.Some savored the local specialties such as Pingyao beef and bowl trays,allowing their tongues to experience the unique flavors of the ancient city.Some people carefully select souvenirs such as fridge magnets,vinegar and paper-cuts,hoping to bring this memory of the ancient city to their families.In the evening,everyone gathered at the reserved inn,sharing their experiences and gains along the way.The entire courtyard was filled with laughter and joy,creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The Wang Family Compound returned successfully The last day's itinerary focused on the Wang Family Compound,an ancient architectural complex known as the"Folk Forbidden City",allowing everyone to deeply feel the profoundness of Jin merchant culture.Following the guide's footsteps,everyone moved among the courtyards with blue bricks and grey tiles.The exquisite brick carvings,wood carvings and stone carvings were dazzling.Standing in front of the plaque inscribed with the words"Square and Regular",the tour guide's explanation left everyone lost in thought-in life and work,one should not only follow the rules but also be flexible,which coincides with the management philosophy of Longjian Group. During the tour,everyone would stop from time to time to take photos as souvenirs.Some stood in front of the magnificent gate tower,while others sat on the ancient stone benches.The camera captured the reluctant smiles on their faces.Before leaving,many people were choosing souvenirs at the cultural and creative store at the entrance of the compound,hoping to take this unique memory home. Closing remarks Stepping onto the return bus,the photos on my phone retained the imprints of mountains,waters and ancient cities.The laughter and insights of the four days settled in my heart.The mutual assistance in Hongdou Gorge,the joyous songs in Baquan Gorge,the baptism at Taihang Memorial Hall,and the cultural immersion in Pingyao Ancient City and Wang Family Courtyard are all gathering the power of unity and cooperation,and accumulating the momentum of win-win cooperation. With this bountiful harvest and passionate enthusiasm,the Longjian team is fully prepared to make a final push in the third quarter.We will transform the tacit understanding between mountains and rivers into efficient collaboration in our work,and integrate the insights from our culture into the strategic wisdom for task breakthroughs.With a closer team synergy and a more vigorous fighting attitude,we will make a full sprint towards the third-quarter goals,laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the annual tasks-because we are well aware that unity leads to victory and strength to unity.The journey beneath our feet is precisely the new starting point for continuing to write the chapter of"win-win".
